Before receiving an initial estimate, we recommend setting an appointment at our showroom location to choose the perfect  countertop option for your project. 

Please bring your cabinet dimensions or email a floor plan/blueprint prior with you.

You may also bring any paint, tile, or flooring samples with you to your appointment.

Once you’ve determined the type of stone and colors that you’re  interested in, we will create an estimate of each option.  All details are confirmed for:

• 3cm or 2cm 
•  Edge  profile
• Sink details
• Demo needed? or other information

This is so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.  We stock the best quality materials to get you the best price and quality for your selection, whether it is granite, quartz, or engineered stone. 

Once you’ve made a design decision, we will create a contract detailing dates of delivery and installation. After you’ve signed the contract and made a deposit payment we will then start the process and schedule the countertop templating.

• Our template team will verify details during the measuring process to ensure all specifications meet your expectations.

• You can also  purchase one of our sinks in stock or have your sink delivered to our facility.   

• We then compare the template dimensions to those quoted in your estimate and will let you know if there is a difference between the two, so that you won't be surprised by your final invoice.   

 The fabrication process takes a minimum of 7-12 business days. Lead times may be extended due to your choice of material and/or our current  production load.

OUR MASSIVE VOYAGER CNC SAW CUTS PRECISE COMPUTER GUIDED ACCURACY AND WATERFALL MITERS ARE OF VERY HIGH QUALITY EVERY TIME.  The team at Victory understands the intricacies of the fabrication process intimately. Our high-tech tools allow us to cut through stone with exact precision, creating a masterpiece for each of our clients.

 After Template and the production, our installation department will schedule time with you to install your stone. Depending on the size, installation can last several hours or even a full day. Our installers will carefully install  your project based upon the drawings and templates. If needed, they might need to  trim some countertops, then install sinks, and drill faucet holes.   

The installation normally takes between 3-5 hours, depending on the size of the job Stone is extremely heavy, and vulnerable to chipping during travel and installation. Our seasoned  experts still provide a smooth, professional, worry-free process.
